The Luxe Room is the largest room @ William Street with a private ensuite bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a queen size hydraulic lift bed, a desk, dresser, large closet for storage, bedside table and lamps.

The Suite @ William Street is the largest space in this coliving Home, in addition to the private bathroom and ensuite bathroom there is a spacious sitting area to relax in when you are looking for a bit of privacy.
The Cozy

Designer furnished space including all new kitchen and bedroom amenities. A space with a built-in community, state of the art furnishings, all-inclusive utilities and cleaning, this coliving home has all you need to thrive. At 9.3 square metres “The Cozy” is the most economical room in the house. Bathroom is shared with one resident.
